I started Valente HR because I believe deeply in the strength of people—how they grow, how they overcome, and how they flourish when they are supported by leaders who genuinely care. After more than 15 years in Human Resources across a wide range of industries, I’ve seen just how much the right guidance, structure, and culture can change the trajectory of both employees and businesses.

A personal turning point inspired me to pursue this work with even greater purpose. Relaunching this business became a way to honor resilience and channel it into meaningful work that elevates others. Valente is built on that spirit—strength, passion, and courage.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported organizations through employee relations, investigations, engagement strategies, training, compliance, multi-state operations, HRIS transitions, benefits programs, and union environments. But what has always mattered most is the human connection. Early in my career, a leader believed in me when I needed it most—an act of leadership I’ve never forgotten. It shaped the way I view people, potential, and the impact of truly supportive leadership.

At Valente, my mission is simple: help leaders create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and capable of becoming their best selves—professionally and personally. I’ve carried these values through my own life and into raising my daughter, who grew into her success through grounded leadership and hard work. And I bring that same spirit into every partnership with the businesses I serve.
